High speed Wifi, central heat/AC, fully stocked kitchen, full size washer/dryer, attached 2 car extra deep garage with bonus parking along side of garage. Great option for fisherman/local bass tourneys with lots of parking, and is located at the end of a quiet residential culd-e-sac! Only about a 4 mile drive to closest boat launch. Fantastic covered back deck, huge stone patio with propane fire pit, BBQ grill, detached bar room with darts & beverage fridge, 3-4 person hot tub looking out over the Kelsey Creek, downtown & Mt. Konocti. BEAUTIFUL VIEWS! Award winning wineries/tasting rooms within walking distance and/or only about a 10 minute drive. Complementary local bottle of wine and custom wine glasses provided along with a few snacks. Overall, a super comfortable space in a perfect, convenient location!.
