the living room sets the stage with generously sized leather furnishings and a dancing gas fireplace w/ remote, for those cooler evenings The Formal Dining Room has a beautiful dining table (accommodates 8 to 10) for Formal Dining and/or for Special Events such as Bridal or Baby Showers, or Family Get Togethers. The Sleek & Modern Kitchen features Granite Backsplashes & Countertops, Top of the Line Appliances to include a kitchen aid slide-in range with downdraft and is stocked with all high quality cookware, dishes, and coffee pot with essentials. There is a Sunny Bedroom on the Main level (Queen Bed) for guests who prefer no stairs, with easy access to the Main level Full Bath. Staircase is Original to Home and is a bit steeper.
the second level has four large bedrooms furnished for comfort and relaxation with beauty-rest mattresses and fine bedding Each bedroom is equipped with a smart TV with Utube TV and streaming apps, a private mirror/blow dryer and a ironing station for comfort in your own room! One Full Bath on Main Level and One Full Bath on Second Level.

immediately off of the kitchen, you exit onto a large deck with pergola that provides covered outdoor living and overlooks a beautiful fenced in backyard Plenty of room for a day of badminton and for children to play.

the driveway provides parking for two vehicles There are three on street parking passes which will be inside the home upon arrival. Please place them on your rear view mirrors. The City of Greenville periodically monitors the street and a parking ticket costs $500. Please remember to leave parking passes upon departure as there is a $200 fee for lost passes.
