Bicycle friendly area so feel free to bring your own. Parking is on the quiet street only, no parking in the driveway. This property does require stairs and the owner lives full time in the downstairs portion of the house. Interior staircase is locked on both sides for security and not used by either side. Private washer and dryer on balcony for guest use. No pets please, due to owner allergies. Scent and allergy sensitive guests will appreciate the use of unscented laundry detergent and other soaps, as well as safe cleaning products. No room deodorizers here, just the natural sea air to bring you closer to nature! Owner prefers mature couples for this property, 55 and up please.
