Summary: I cannot say enough how more than pleased we were with our stay at DOME on the Hill! Melody is not just a host. She is a kind caring soul with a heart of gold. We were looking for a unique structure to stay in and enjoy. Dome on the Hill was that and more. It is peaceful and secluded, surrounded by trees. It was surprisingly spacious, well maintained, and designed. Hearing the history was both fascinating and a joy. Melody has created a serene, soothing, welcoming atmosphere where we felt right at home. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub, walks around the property, reading under the tree, air hockey wars, gaming, races in the yard, grilling out, and meals on the deck in the fresh air as a family. The rooms are not cramped and the beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets. We had no other destination than to stay at the DOME and it was more than enough. We have already recommended it to friends and family who've put it on their must go lists. If you're on the fence, there is no question, it's in the bag, just go, relax, enjoy and feel at peace and at home. A huge THANK YOU to Melody and her family for all they do to make DOME on the Hill so incredible.
