with just a few steps to the beach this home is ideal for family's and fishermen alike
there is a modern fully equipped kitchen - comfy queen bed in the main bedroom, twin beds in the second bedroom and a sleep sofa in the living area With a full bathroom including a shower.
we can comfortably accommodate couples and small families
bed linens and towels are provided a large washer and dryer are available to use
watch the sunrise and sunsets from our large deck which looks out onto the beach and enjoy a homemade bbq on our old smokey bbq grill
pets welcome with prior approval and paid non refundable pet fee $100 *no puppies under 1yr*
*** surfside city water is not potable but we have a whole house filter It is safe to bathe in and for laundry. Please bring own drinking water.

***** parking is on a nearby street not under or next to the house ****** Pack light you will need to carry your bags/food to the house over sand approx 50ft. You can also park in front of the house on the beach and unload (you’ll need to purchase a $30/yearly beach pass. Please note the beach does get busy on holiday weekends so access maybe difficult .
please note surfside city water is not potable, we do have an under the sink reverse osmosis unit to provide drinkable water or bring you can bring own We also have a while house filter so safe to bathe, wash teeth and dishes with.
