villa “ parnonas” is a 120 sq m. villa developed on three floors. On the ground floor have developed two bedrooms and one bathroom. The one of them is a big bedroom almost 20 sq.m., fitted with a big double bed, a sofa that becomes a 1.3m bed, a coffee table and a secretere, when the second is a small one and has one single bed and a second bed that comes up from the bottom underneath by using a mechanism that able it to get up and joins the other creating a double or two single beds. From this level there is access to the private, furnished, with a perfect sea view garden of the house, which communicates with the upper level with an external stair, when the whole three levels of the house communicates between them with an internal stair. On the upper floor there’ s a fully furnished living room, with fireplace, TV plasma 32 inch, a corner sofa that can be used as a bed for at least 1 person, and its continuity on the one side there is a comfortable traditional kitchen and a WC and on the other one a private perfect sea view terrace . Finally on the second floor is developed one master bedroom with its private bathroom and an extraordinary sea view, individual veranda on the highest point of the compound.
