- a living room with a large window with a pull-out sofa that can accommodate an extra bed for one to two additional people, a flat-screen tv with international channels, as well as a dining table for 2 to 4 people
- an open and refined kitchen, equipped with a combined microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a nespresso machine and all the crockery to be able to cook in good conditions
- in the bedroom there is a very comfortable double bed that can accommodate two people, with an interior shutter for total blackout
- the bathroom, adjoining the bedroom, is equipped with a walk-in shower, a sink, and a hairdryer

perrache train station is less than 5 minutes walk from the apartment, from there you can take public transport and get around the city easily
