This apartment offers a place for your group to enjoy a perfect space all together. You'll love the high ceilings (14ft) in these apartments. but the best part of all is the view that awaits you from the balcony! plus, you will be sitting right on the 3rd base line to cheer on the university of minnesota gopher men's baseball team!

**no cooking with curry
**there is no smoking in the apartment or on the balcony NO SMOKING PERIOD! We WILL CLAIM the security deposit if there is smoking inside the apartment. **Also, if you smoke outside, please dispose of cigarette butts properly. We WILL have to CHARGE guests if the cigarettes are not disposed of properly, or if I have to pick up the cigarette butts from the outside of the property.
