Positive: It felt like a very safe area. The house was clean and well maintained. It has a beautiful backyard area perfect for socializing and enjoying the desert views.
Negative: There are some plans and helicopters that were flying around quite a bit on all the three days we were there. We think there is small airport nearby. Not a huge deal, but did add some plane noise when we were outside.
Summary: Cute and clean house - perfect for a small group stay.
