we have also a small terrace with table and chairs, a laundry-room with washer & dryer, and a parking space at the garage
living room features a sofa- bed (double bed size and comfortably enough for 1 adult or 2 children), a smart tv with satellite channels (sky tv), apple tv and dvd player; kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, oven, stove (vitro), toaster, blender, microwave, dishes, glasses, pans, pots and so on Air -con is and can be independently programmed on each area; we also have 2 internet connections available, one is the shared condominium connection and the other one is our private wi-fi internet (Telmex), shared internet is also available at the pool area so you will be connected in the entire building. We have an amazing pool & solarium as well as gym on the roof top which is available for you to be used free of charge. We deliver the apartment perfectly clean and we provide hand-, bath- and beach-towels, bed linen, shampoo, soap, kitchen paper and toilet paper.
rental prices include all expenses (electricity, security, internet, parking place, etc) the only exception is for long term rentals (20 days up to 3 months) when electricity will be paid separately For long-term rentals we will check the meter upon check in as well as the day before of check out, and we will ask the Electricity Company to provide price for consumption for mentioned period, in order you pay only what you used.
