Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The host expects a deposit, which he actually give back if everything is as expected. The apartment does fit a large group of people and you can reach the city center by 20 Minute walk or using the tram, which runs directly behind the house. The Wifi was strong enough for the whole group and there are enough utensils to cook. Two grocerie shops are about 7 Minutes away as well.
Negative: The apartment was for 10, we visited as a group of 8, but there was only one bathroom and the lock was broken, so we had to figure out a system. Due to heavy rain, the entrance to the building got flooded, so you couldn't get inside or outside without setting foot into a puddle (image attached). The communication in english with the host was a slight issue when trying to talk about changing the booking.
