Our beautifully decorated, compact studio apartment is the perfect place for a single person or couple looking to get the most out of their Colorado getaway. This unit is part of a larger complex and includes access to a gym and outdoor swimming pool, as well as large, naturally lit shared common areas for all your get-together needs. Our cozy studio apartment is equipped with a fully stocked bathroom with fresh towels and complimentary soaps and shampoos and a comfortable brand new Queen sized bed with brand new linens. a small sitting area with an hdtv finishes out the space! relax and enjoy knowing everything has been thought of for your stay!
our lovely community is surrounded by lush landscape, reading benches, bike paths, summer fountains! eighteen parks in eight square miles feature bike and walking trails that connect to the cherry creek state park, golfing at the glenmore country club resort, and meandering through a nature preserve on the high line canal, a premier trail network Regional Transportation District (RTD) stops in front of our complex.
please note that this is a small studio and is ideal for one or two people only! there are shared walls and a locked door that connects this unit to the one next door (this is our unit, too!) as part of a larger complex, be mindful that some noise is always a possibility!

-gym area is now open for use! the gym can be accessed 24/7 through the back door down from the pool/patio area Residents need to push hard on the opening tab above the handle for entry. Please be reminded that the pandemic is not over. Masks are required at all times and equipment must be wiped down with the disinfecting wipes provided after each use. The gym area and all equipment are used at your own risk.

-the house is 100% yours just like a hotel with a professional cleaning crew that comes in right before your visit the whole check-in/check-out process is keyless so you can drive up at any hour, press a combination on the door lock and you're in :)

-for your safety and security reasons many (but not all) of our homes have motion detectors and a security system, as well as exterior cameras
- please note the check-in and check-out times We can typically accommodate requests for early check-ins / late check-outs, but we can only confirm such requests 48 hours before the date requested. The reason is we potentially have other guests coming in or leaving the same day, and cleaners typically need around 5 hours.
-your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $750. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
-we have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am will result in fines of up to $100000, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
-the community pool closes on sept 7, 2023 it will reopen sometime around memorial day, thank you!
-please note that the boston common complex allows for smoking due to each unit being individually owned We do not allow smoking in our units but it is possible that the units around you smoke. Therefore please be advised that a smoke smell can pass through these units from time to time.
