This is a cozy, clean, simple cottage. Perfect for traveling health care workers, couples or singletons wanting to be close to everything! Please note that this unit is located in Midtown, in a commercial neighborhood. Everything is close but there is noise from the businesses and cars nearby. The cottage is behind the house visible from the street and you will access the cottage via the driveway (off street parking). This property no longer accepts pets.

The kitchen has a 2 burner stove (no oven), microwave, Keurig and pour over coffee maker, blender, full size refrigerator, and other kitchen items to make your short-term stay comfortable. The living room has a smart TV for you enjoy Netflix (guest account included) or other subscription channels. Optional linen service can be provided, but there are plenty of towels and an extra set of clean sheets for you to use during your stay. Summary: Booked this lovely cottage for a ten day stay in Ventura and could not have been happier. Super attentive owner on site and EVERYTHING about this property is outstanding. They're not kidding when they say minutes from the beach. Fruit trees visible from windows in living room. Clean accommodations. Easy access to the 101 and walking distance to several businesses. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Full stop.
