note: this is an older building that is being maintained and restored--built in 1967 The HOA is constantly working on updating the property but please note that this is not a brand new development. The common areas are adequate but not resort quality. This condo is on the third floor of a walk-up building. The stairs are inside of secured building so weather is not an issue when going up and down stairs.
