Summary: We have stayed in multiple condos at Croatan surf club. This condo needs maintenance. The hot water heater was changed out half way thru our stay. The washer didn’t work until hot water heater was replaced and before that it would stop spinning and trip one of the bedroom lights. The dishwasher was practically falling out as well as the nozzle on the sink. The oven takes 15 minutes to preheat and then doesn’t cook like it should. A casssrole that takes 30 min took over an hour and still was warm in the middle. I prefer to not have to deal with maintenance on my vacation. I also like to do laundry on vacation which I couldn’t do until the day before we left. We will never book this condo again!
