Welcome to our cozy cottage on Reed Avenue in Pacific Beach! This cottage is within walking distance to many restaurants and shops, Mission Bay and the beach. This is one of two 1-bedroom cottages next to one another. Book both homes and enjoy your vacation with family and friends in the communal area and have your own space where you can relax. The maximum guests permitted is 8 for both cottages, 4 in each.

this quaint home has a front with a fire pit, grill, picnic table, lounge chairs a great place to sit down to dinner with family and friends!
there is free parking on the street and usually never an issue Each 1 bedroom cottage has a queen size bed with a bathroom with a shower/tub combo. There is also a large L-shaped couch and a queen-size air mattress in the bedroom closet to accommodate sleeping for up to a total of 4 people in the unit . The cottages have fully equipped kitchens and a dining table for entertaining by the living space with a large couch to fit the whole group! There is an A/C unit at this property and a heater.
