Located on a gated road and nestled alongside a peaceful, year-round stream, this home provides a tiered, two-level outdoor deck to enjoy the Appalachian mountain surroundings. Club privileges also come with the property, so guests can use the indoor pool, fitness center at the club, as well as the indoor/outdoor tennis courts and pickleball courts. Court time must be reserved with the YRC and may involve a court fee.

Kitchen counters and all baths have new granite countertops. Step outside to enjoy the peaceful mountain setting on the two-level deck with a gas grill and seating. Also on the main floor is a half bath and stacked washer/dryer combo.
