to note: the marina next-door is very quiet, with very little boat traffic and is virtually a non issue to enjoying cottage life here at this cottage In all the years that the owner’s family have been at this cottage, there has not been any incidents of a disturbing nature. In actual fact, it is similar to the Intercostal Waterways in Florida where you are able to watch beautiful boats slowly go by with virtually no noise. the conveniences far outweigh any inconveniences!
