Enjoy fishing, swimming, sunbathing, kayaking, and boating (contact owner for pontoon rental) on all sports Jordan Lake. Fully stocked home with everything you'll need from towels to fishing poles/tackle to s'mores kit, it's all waiting for you at this cozy cottage.

the open floor plan and double patio doors puts the focus of the home on beautiful jordan lake A private patio and dock also overlook that lake with an outdoor bistro table and chairs, glider/rocker, and firepit all on the lake side. Enjoy sunrise or sunset by the fire listening to the waves splash against the seawall. Sip your morning coffee or tea while fishing from the dock and watch for heron, swans, and eagles too. Two kayaks and life vests are provided for exploring the lake. 2 bedrooms (one with ensuite) and 2 full baths with walk in showers. 2nd bedroom was added 5/2024 and features a king bed and twin over full bunk bed.

you'll enjoy access to the whole house, except garage (for owner storage and under renovation to add a bedroom/bath) The yard is fenced between the home and the neighbors on one side, and open on the other, but is still completely for your enjoyment. Two patios, one attached to the house and one lakeside, a dock with lift for the pontoon boat and free space to tie off your own boat are yours as well.
