Welcome to our Cozy Lakeside Cottage, where the sunrise and sunset views will keep you excited to drink morning coffee on the large deck to sipping cool drinks for evening sunsets and watching the surrounding wildlife. Although shops and restaurants are only a five-minute drive away, the area feels peaceful and secluded. In the town of Lago Vista, you'll find an endless array of water sports, hiking trails, golf, wineries and more! We are approximately 45 minutes from downtown Austin.
you'll pull up to ample parking with large driveway and covered carport There is also additional parking on the gravel on the sides of the driveway.

adjoining the kitchen in the open space is a 6-person dining table and chairs (2 extra chairs available), a sofa including a pull-out queen sleeper, and back doorway out to the large deck there is outdoor seating with a charcoal grill and string lights for the evenings!
the master bedroom includes a king size bed and ensuite bathroom Our two guest rooms both include a queen size bed and share the hallway bathroom. We also have a pullout couch with a queen size bed in the living room. Central A/C, free WiFi, washer/dryer, and fully equipped kitchen and outdoor grill (must bring charcoal).
