booking & stay requirements
- minimum age: guests must be 21+ to book
- rental agreement: a rental agreement must be signed before check-in
- extended stays: stays over 28 days require additional approval
pets & smoking
- pets: up to 2 dogs allowed with a $50 pet fee per pet Just clean up after them—even if they give you sad puppy eyes.

do not unplug the wifi—it runs through 3 netgear routers so you can stream, work, and tiktok in peace
if there’s a wifi issue, message us before unplugging anything!
safety & security
- lock all doors & windows when leaving
- outdoor cameras:
- security cameras are located at the front entrance & parking area for safety (and because the insurance company likes them)
- the back deck camera is off during guest stays for privacy
- there are no cameras inside the home or in private guest spaces
- if you see the cameras, don’t worry—we’re probably just snoozing 100 ring notifications about a squirrel
cleanliness & property care
- leave the place how you found it—or at least close We don’t expect military-level tidiness, but no one likes coming home to a mess.
- dishes: if you use it, wash it
- trash take it to the bins before check-out

- check-out is by 11:00 am unless we approve otherwise
