parties and events are strictly prohibited at this property If there is any violation to this policy, a fee of $500 will be charged immediately.
this property is not pet friendly so please plan of leaving your furry friends at home There will not be any exceptions to this policy due to the owner's severe allergies and a fee of $250 will be automatically applied if you are caught in violation of this.
we supply freshly laundered linens, bedding, and towels for all of our guests We also supply paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap, and hand soap for a short 2-3 day stay. Long-term stays will need to replenish latter items at their own expense.

in the event that we must cancel your reservation, the following terms apply:
full refund: guests will receive a 100% refund of any payments made toward the reservation
no additional liability: our responsibility is limited strictly to the refund of monies paid We are not liable for any additional costs incurred by the guest as a result of the cancellation, including but not limited to alternative accommodations, transportation, or other travel-related expenses.
best efforts to assist: in the event of a cancellation, we will make reasonable efforts to offer alternative accommodations within our property network, if available, but we cannot guarantee availability or rates
force majeure clause: we reserve the right to cancel the reservation due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to property damage, utility failures, natural disasters, or changes in local regulations that affect short-term rentals
sale of property: in the event the property is sold prior to your scheduled stay, and the new owner chooses not to honor future reservations, we reserve the right to cancel your booking In such cases, you will receive a full refund of any payments made, but we will not be held responsible for securing alternate accommodations or covering any associated costs.
removal from rental market: we reserve the right to cancel reservations if the property is permanently or temporarily removed from the short-term rental market for any reason Should this occur, a full refund will be issued, and no further compensation or liability will be assumed.
