our home is set up for families to enjoy the lake and all it has to offer Due to this the minimum age to rent is 25 with no large parties allowed. We ask that you respect our neighbors with no loud outside activities after 10 pm. There are 2 outdoor cameras for safety. No cameras are inside the home. Smoking is not allowed inside the home.
