Summary: Communication was solid, the property was cleaned and big enough for the family. We planned on cooking Christmas dinner son my mother wouldn’t have to bother with the cleanup. One problem, the oven didn’t work. The description said stovetop but didn’t explicitly say “no oven.” When we communicated with the property owner, they said well it wasn’t one of the amenities. We were disappointed and felt misled. The property owner apologized and stated he would list it on the welcome letter. We appreciate the words but our Christmas plans were upended.
