we are a young creative couple that live upstairs, very familiar with the neighborhood as julio is a local artist/muralist in denver/westwood area and loves to see it flourish We live with our Golden retriever dog.

the private entrance is located at the side of the house with steps leading down (below the porch) The entire basement apartment is your own space and not shared with anyone else. My girlfriend and I (along with our dog) do live upstairs so you may hear us walking around throughout the day. However we always have quiet hours from 11pm - 6am.
