the space: walk into an open concept living and dining space with two bedrooms on main floor with the loft room with 1/2 bath on 2nd floor with two full beds Stairs are required to access loft bedroom upstairs. 4th Bed and full bathroom is located in separate detached building which also has game room.
the kitchen offers a large island with granite surfaces and brand-new appliances The coffee bar offers K cup station with 8 cups regular brew and French press complete with our favorite coffees. Everything you need to cook and serve a complete meal are available within the kitchen cabinets.

The driveway is down slopping so if there is a lot of snow park at top of driveway or to the left when entering property is ideal. Public streets are snow plowed.
