Encosta da Marina is a lovely apartment in the desirable location of the Marina only a few minutes from the main front of Lagos Marina, the Meia Praia beach and the town of Lagos. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is fully air-conditioned throughout there is a lovely corner balcony with views over towards Lagos. The living area has UK television channels and a DVD player. There is a large communal pool and a children's pool surrounded by sunbathing terraces and a lovely large lawned area. Ideal for a relaxing holiday in the sun.
from the main entrance hall you walk down and to the left you have the fully equipped kitchen with, cooker, electric hob, washing machine and dishwasher along with all modern utensils, there is a dolce gusto coffee machine available also (bring your own capsules) there are double sliding doors from the kitchen through to the living area these can be left open for an open plan feel or closed if preferred The living room has a 3 seater sofa and 2 seater sofa bed, an extendable dining table with 8 chairs and a flat screen TV with IPTV system providing UK channels and a DVD player, there is also an Xbox with a few games available.
the living room opens out to the large west facing corner terrace that gets great afternoon sun There is a lovely outside dining set and a built in BBQ, the views from the balcony are over towards the marina and town of Lagos.
there are 3 bedrooms in the apartment, the master bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and overhead shower, the second bedroom is a double and the third bedroom is a twin room the double and twin bedrooms share a shower room in the hall
the pool area is lovely with a large pool surrounded by sun loungers, a lawned area for children to play and a children's pool There are also toilet and shower facilities by the pool.
