There is a Suede sofa and loveseat in the living room and a nice big wood-burning fireplace for your family to enjoy. This is a great location. your close to downtown and the Continental Country Club, yet it feels like miles away, being nestled right in the forest with a hiking trail one of Flagstaff's urban trails right in your backyard.
