we are 15 minutes to windham mtn and downtown catskill , 20 minutes to hunter mtn
during the summer you can enjoy the above ground pool with a deck or the screened in back porch off the cottage Hot tub is open all year round. there are yard games, tree swings and a basketball hoop to enjoy with family and friends
please note that this is a very old home If you are over the height of 6'1" you will need to duck through doorways and the beams in the kitchen. The average height of ceiling is 6 1/2ft. While the home has been renovated it is still old, there are cosmetic imperfections.
