this cottage has everything you need for a relaxing stay in portland including 40" tv with netflix, wifi, sectional couch with chaise, dining area, large bathroom with tiled shower, washer/dryer and professional kitchen appliances The pull out bed downstairs is queen size, outfitted with a memory foam mattress. (No bar down the middle!) Upstairs is a beautiful restful retreat with a sleigh style queen bed with new memory foam mattress, and dressing area. Features private, beautifully appointed interior, pro kitchen and bluetooth speakers to connect to your favorite music or pod casts. The adjoining fenced in garden is right outside the french doors and has patio seating, grassy yard, fruit trees and lounge chairs. Please note that access to 2nd floor is by ships-ladder. Ask for details if needed. Owner lives in main home and is gladly available for restaurant ideas, help planning day trips and more. but the guest house is very private and your time will be quiet and relaxing!
