The cottage is situated only a few minutes' walk from Calne's town centre, with its array of shops and eateries. This is a fabulous base for anybody wanting to explore this beautiful part of the country, with National Trust properties such as Lacock Abbey and Avebury Manor nearby. Other places of interest are Stourhead, Stonehenge and Amesbury, with Bath and Longleat Safari Park just 40 minutes away, the list goes on.
