extremely central location There is a Waitrose (grocery store) 2 minutes away, a pub and coffee shop 10 seconds away and numerous takeaways and restaurants a few minutes walk away.
the high street is only a few minutes walk with fenwick, zara, h&m, primark and a variety of other chains
walking everywhere is extremely easy as canterbury is very compact
parking is everywhere and very close by although quite expensive I can organise parking 2 minutes from the property for an additional fee of £9 per night (valid from check-in to check-out time).

*this property is not suitable for parties! this is a breach of house rules & will result in immediate removal from the property and no refund, your deposit may be used towards extra costs in removing you This house is in a quiet area, so after 9pm the quiet times are to be respected.
*we have a strict no-smoking indoors policy at our properties A standard charge of £1000 will be charged to your card when we find evidence of smoking within the accommodation to cover cleaning costs and long-lasting damage on the property.
*any loud music, parties, and smoking indoors will also result in immediate removal from the accommodation as we will be highlighted via our noise monitoring system located in the property
t&cs / deposit:
we require the completion of our check-in form This includes an agreement to our booking terms & payment of a refundable security deposit. This security deposit will be returned upon checkout unless there is evidence of damage, loss or lack of adherence to our T&Cs.

the host lives at the back of the property in a converted studio flat and use a separate rear entrance Double-locked doors are separating both areas.
the bedrooms and bathroom are on the 1st floor and must be accessed by claiming stairs Being a Victorian terrace these are quite steep..
