The kitchen is located at the back of the property and has the fridge, dishwasher, oven and washing machine within. This kitchen leads to a small concrete garden space. Up the steep stairs you will find the bathroom located directly in front of you. The boiler is located in the cupboard should you need access. The house has central heating throughout. The thermostat is found next to the cupboard under the stairs.
