Casa Fanfulla, divided into two comfortable appartments, each with an independent entrance, is located just outside the village of Marciano della Chiana, overlooking the surrounding countryside from a sweet hill. The ancient medieval village still has the watch tower and the mighty fortress walls intact. You can take a short walk into the village every day, go shopping in the small grocery shop, buy fresh bread or just have a coffee.
for those who enjoy trekking or relaxing walks, the surrounding countryside offers countless routes through cultivated fields, olive groves, vineyards and typical rural landscapes that are also suitable for children
you will have at your disposal, for shared use, a cool enclosed garden equipped with table, chairs and barbecue and the swimming pool (size 5x10 - depth 140 m, completely fenced - open from 01st May to 30th September).
