quiet hours Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continues until 8:00 AM. Quiet hours consist of keeping all audio at a minimum level, out of respect for our neighbors.
peaceful enjoyment The Guest, along with neighbors, shall enjoy each other’s company in a quiet and respectful manner to each other’s enjoyment. The Guest is expected to behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors with any residents of the immediate area and not create a disturbance by excessive activity or parties.
smoking policy Smoking within and on any decks/porches that are attached to the Premises is not permitted. The Guest acknowledges that this is a non-smoking Premises. Anyone smoking must do so outside off any decks/porches and do not litter on the ground.

illegal activity The Guest shall use the Premises for legal purposes only. Any other such use that includes but is not limited to illicit drug use, verbal or physical abuse of any person or illegal sexual behavior shall cause immediate termination of this Agreement with no refund.
good working order The Host makes every effort to maintain the Premises in good working order. If necessary, the Host will attempt to replace, fix or schedule maintenance as soon as an issue is reported. In rural areas, items and services may take longer than expected. No discounts or refunds will be given for equipment or appliance failure, internet, utilities, technical difficulties or disruptions to enjoyment of the Premises due to power outages or other occurrences outside of the Hosts control.
possessions Any personal items or possessions that are left on the Premises are not the responsibility of the Host. The Host shall make every reasonable effort to return the item to the Guest.
