The living space is fresh and relaxing with stained concrete floors, while the all-new kitchenette features paperstone countertops, new appliances, and a great little breakfast bar. This home was designed and built using eco-friendly standards including blue jeans insulation, a tankless water heater, solar electric system, LED lighting, and an Energy Recovery Ventilator. All the woodwork was finished with Low VOC Brazillian Rosewood oil wood stain and all the paint is Low VOC.
