Fully furnished with everything needed to unpack your suitcase and be set up. Just 2 minutes to the I-205 makes this the perfect location to all places in Portland. 15 minutes to the airport, downtown or the convention center. I-84 is a 5 minute drive. Grocery stores are 5 minutes away. Walk to several Tri-Met bus lines to downtown, Clackamas Towne Center or Sauvie Island.

Lower level is full walkout daylight with lots of light. There is a bonus room on this lower level, ideal as a workspace for a remote office. Central A/C makes this house very comfortable during the dog days of summer. Gas furnace keeps it cozy in the winter. Child friendly with games, Cherry Park and an elementary school playground nearby. Easy on street and driveway parking. Digital keyless entry makes it's easy to come and go, no keys required. Super comfy beds and crisp new linens. All linens and towels are included and the kitchen is set up to accommodate your large group.

public transportation is nearby, bus is a block away and tri-met - the max train is less than a mile It's 15 to 20 minute drive to everything to do in Portland or the airport. Cherry Park is about a 2 minute walk, nice place to gather and play some lawn games. The Mall 205 is within walking distance so it's not far for shopping, restaurants and the Target has groceries.

If more than one you will be sent a request to pay the additional $150 as VRBO only charges per pet. Dogs cannot be left alone barking. You must clean up after your dog and report any damages.
