El famoso Gulfstream con carrera de caballos a nivel mundial, con casino, parque, tiendas, restaurantes y concierto al aire libre por gratis estan a 10 menudos de distancia desde la casa de hospedaje. A dos minudos desde la casa se encuentra tambien el nuevo, maravilloso parque con el Ymca Gim, piscina, ganchas de tennis, de pelota, un play para niños, etc...El Aventura Hospital esta a unos 15 minudos de distancia desde la casa caminando. La playa publica esta a 10 minudos de distancia usando el coche (cerca de la playa hay Walmart). Las maravillas de Hallandale Beach son todas de explorar. Las ciudad cercanas tambien vale la pena visitar: Hollywood, Golden beach, Fort Lauderdale, Las olas, Miami y Miami Beach, y mas al Norte Orlando con su Walt Disney World, Universal Studio, etc...

El piano bar-galeria de arte tiene la cocina que sirve para preparar la esquisita comida italiana para los juespedes que se quedan ahi a comer ademas que para asistir a los conciertos de Al Moreno que tienen lugar al momento oportuno, de dia y/o de noche. Al moreno sabe como sorprender, con sus interpretaciones a la manera de Elvis Presley, a sus huespedes que entran en su casa como desconocidos y salen como amigos a la despedida, cuando se acaba la vacacion. Ustedes, los huespedes, pueden pedir a Albino (Al Moreno) de brindarle un concierto privado: el artista se sentirá feliz y honrado de cantar al microfono para ustedes acompañando su vos con su guitarra y/o piano sintetizador con especiales efectos de luz coloradas que crean la justa atmosfera.
