• from november 1st to april 30th, caltrans may require all vehicles to carry snow chains, regardless of whether you have 4wd Be sure to check road conditions before traveling. Chains are widely available at auto supply shops, hardware stores, and convenience stores.
• we cannot issue refunds if you're turned away due to not having chains or the proper vehicle—please plan ahead

• pets are welcome with a $100 fee per pet, per stay (max 4 dogs, up to 50 lbs each)
• please clean up after your pets, and do not leave them unattended indoors, as barking may disturb the neighbors
• a $200 fee will be charged if any pet waste (eg urine or feces) is found beyond pet hair.
