Summary: Pool was filthy and unfit to swim in when we arrived for our months stay. It took 25 messages, 3 phone calls and a threat of legal action after 5 days pool cleaner came and spent 7minutes skimming the top of the pool. He came once more in the whole month. Shower wouldn’t turn off, electrics in half the kitchen went out and we had a huge problem with large red ants. Vacasa was uncommunicative and dismissive when we complained. We were not told there was construction work going on next door and we spent a month being overlooked by at least 10 workmen and had to put up with drilling, noise and lack of privacy. At one point they were in our back yard painting the other side of next doors wall.
