the apartment is on the lower second ground floor, from its ground floor position you are able to park in front of your apartment The terrace has its own built in BBQ and outside table and chairs for enjoying breakfast, lunch or dinner with all day sun shine, there is a Dutch blind that rolls out for shade.
the apartment enters into a hall way with a door in front that leads into the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, cooker, fridge freezer and microwave From the kitchen there is an open breakfast bar that looks through to the lounge.
the living area is a lovely open plan space with a dining table and 4 chairs a sofa and tv and a dvd / cd player, wi-fi and there is air-conditioning from here there are patio doors leading out to the terrace
the master bedroom has a double bed, built in wardrobe and patio doors that also lead out to the terrace, the twin bedroom is at the back of the apartment and also has its own small terrace at the side of the apartment, and the bathroom has a bath with an overhead shower and is located in the hall Both bedrooms are also air-conditioned.
