Summary: The room was decent, but damp. The hallways smelled and felt damp and dingy. People were smoking cigarettes and other things right outside the outside doors even though there are signs everywhere saying no smoking on the property. The hot water was inconsistent. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night 2 times in a 7 day stay. During that 7 day stay, housekeeping only came one time. They knocked on the door and I asked them to come back the next day because I was about to nap, but they never came back. I had to go myself to ask for new towels and toilet paper. Trash was never even taken out. Overall, my stay wasn't great. The staff was nice enough, but this property desperately needs updated and renovated and cleaned more often.
