the 7th cottage by the sea is a beautiful beach house with all the amenities you’ll need for a relaxing beach vacation We are 7 houses from the front of the neighborhood and a short 100 yard walk down the street to the private access to the most beautiful beaches in the World! The heated Magnolia Cottages pool is also only 2 houses away. Our home is nestled along Scenic Hwy 30-A, in the Magnolia Cottages by the Sea neighborhood between Rosemary/Alys Beach and Seaside. A bike/running/walking path runs along the entire 20-mile stretch of our little piece of paradise. You can spend the week exploring each beach side town, or relaxing on our screened front porch. You couldn’t ask for a better location.
