The property consists of two adorable buildings, Watercolor House which sleeps 9 in beds, and steps away, The Red Barn which sleeps 4 kids in bunks, 2 adults in a full size bed and 2 on a fold-out.
we are on a shallow section of the river, approx 4 ft deep, with dams at either end, perfect for floating and relaxing Brand new hot tub with water views and stars at night. The outdoor kitchen is a fully remodeled 1961 Airstream food trailer kitchen with a flat top grill. There’s a giant grassy waterside yard with picnic tables and hammocks for playing and gathering.

We are in a rural neighborhood, but the lot is six acres, so there are no houses immediately next door.
