check-ins are managed by compass resorts at the front desk, open daily from 9:00 am – 5:30 pm Guests arriving after 5:30 PM will check in at the Security Office, located to the right as you walk in. Signs will be posted at the front desk to direct you. At check-in, you’ll receive your welcome packet with room keys and a parking pass for the garage. The condo is located on the 2nd floor of Building 2 (West Tower)—please use the map in the listing photos for reference. After parking, take the elevator in the West Tower to access your condo. For general questions during your stay, please stop by the front desk or message us through your booking application.
