the first level offers 2 bedrooms and 1 bath a fully equipped kitchen, a living area, and a full-size washer/dryer This space can be rented separately during our off-season months. The living room features a leather twin sofa sleeper, a 75" smart TV, and sliders to the pool area. The fully equipped kitchen offers stainless steel appliances including a gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, and a refrigerator with an ice/water dispenser. All your cooking essentials are provided and include a crockpot, kettle, Keurig coffee maker, Nespresso, toaster, specialty dishes, serving platter, roasting pans, and blender. For those traveling with children a high chair is provided. The kitchen island provides seating for 4 guests. The first bedroom features a king-size bed, a 50" smart TV, and sliders to the pool area. In the 2nd bedroom offers a double bed, sofa sleeper, and smart TV. The full bath, located outside both bedrooms, features a walk-in shower.
