Our 3-bedroom, 3-bath beach home with a bunk area is a comfortable residence with plenty of room for up to 7. We selected this beach property because we think it’s a perfect place for our family, our friends and other folks who are looking to have a memorable family vacation. This is a special place for us, and we want to make sure it’s just as special for you! We offer guests a vacation rental that should entice you to return year after year.

The primary renter must be staying in the unit. During Spring Break, the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person 25 years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age.

parking:
all guests must pre-register with the resort! preregistering means wristbands are programmed and parking passes are created ahead of your arrival Guests must stop by the front desk upon arrival to pick up wristbands and parking pass.
the parking garage is located across the street from tidewater resort Since it changes periodically, the parking garage gate code will be sent in your Safe Travels email. Guests may purchase two parking permits for a 1- or 2-bedroom unit and 3 parking permits for a 3-bedroom unit.
parking spaces in the garage aren't assigned, so legally park where you are able to Locate the skybridge on level 2; this will take you across the street to the main complex. After crossing the skybridge, go to the Vacasa desk, located on the ground floor. This is where you will pick up your parking passes as well as your amenity wristbands. Return to your car(s) and place the permit(s) as directed.
no vehicle exceeding 7 feet, 2 inches in height is allowed in the garage For the safety of all, pickups with extended beds or cabs, dual wheels, tow bars, and extended rear luggage carriers are only permitted to park in the north side, rear end of the garage. Roof luggage carriers must be removed before entering the garage. Rental golf carts, scooters, and bubble cars are not authorized to park in the garage or porte-cochere. Those in violation of these rules are subject to tow at the owner’s/renter’s expense.
amenity wristbands: guests registering at tidewater must be over 25 years old and registration should occur at least 24 hours in advance of arrival (ideally, more than 24 hours prior) Amenity wristbands are allocated to guests at the Vacasa desk, located on the ground floor of the resort. Wristbands will be given to guests ages 12 and up at check-in. Guests are required to wear these wristbands while on the property. Fees for these wristbands vary, depending upon when you register. This fee includes the aforementioned parking permits.
