The main entrance to Sunrise Country Club is on Country Club Drive. The community is gated, and guards patrol 24 hours. I will be registering you as my personal guest. I will need to know if there is a second vehicle and the name of the driver so that person can be registered as well. Upon arrival, you need to stop at the guarded entrance to receive your vehicle pass. The pass must be displayed on the dashboard while in residence. When re-entering the community, you will need to have the pass scanned at the entrance every time you return. Please obey speed limits, watch for golf carts and pedestrians. Please park in the garage attached to the unit or on my driveway. Do not park overnight on the street. The community pool and hot tub is open until 10:00 pm — no glass containers or food at the pool. No smoking in the unit. Pets must be on leash and pet waste picked up and disposed in the trash in the garage. Normal city ordinances apply regarding noise — it is a quiet community.
