this is a great studio apartment above the garage
we offer a brand new queen memory foam mattress with new linens We offer a very small kitchenette with a 3.2 cubic feet fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The bathroom is very nice and offers a hot shower! There is an HVAC system in the unit so you can heat and cool to your desired temperature. we offer towels and lovely amenities!
the apartment is right next to atlantic station so you can walk to great shopping and restaurants! this is a safe area and is home to families and college students alike Occasionally you may hear cars and city noises in the area. You may also hear the garage door going up or down.
you can see the high rises of midtown from the top of the staircase that goes into the studio apartment
we are able to host two guests only in the one queen bed Or we can sleep 1 person on the futon and 1 person in the queen bed. (not 3 people)
we cannot host animals at this time We keep it pet-free.
a washer and dryer is not part of this rental You will need to go to a laundromat to do laundry.

we offer central air conditioning and a window unit The central air conditioning works well and is an ambient system. What this means is that it is not a forced air system and you will not feel a breeze from the system. You will feel that the space is cool, but not breezy. Make sure that you see the snowflake on the remote control for the central AC. The sun means heat and the snowflake mean air conditioning.
