ocean side, beach access This spacious 4 Bedroom 4 Bath HOUSE (sleeps 10) is conveniently located on the ocean side of the resort and it's just a short walk away from the beach crossover.
with over 1800 sq feet of living space, this house features a spacious floor plan, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and easy access to the beach. "Sea You Soon" has cable TV with high-speed wireless internet throughout. Two well furnished balconies (one off the family room & one off the master bedroom) makes this house the perfect place to take the family and relax for a beach getaway. Relax to the sound of the waves from the Gulf of Mexico from either of the two private shaded balconies. There is also additional patio space located under the house which adds tons of shaded space for grilling, games, & just relaxing by the pond. The master bedroom upstairs has a queen sized bed, large en-suite bathroom with double sinks, over-sized tub, and access out to the balcony. The other two bedrooms upstairs are spacious and feature a queen bed in one room, and two twin beds in the other. The fourth bedroom is located on the main floor and has a queen bed. the property also has two roll away beds, a pack n play, a high chair, and toys & games for the family!

pointe west beach club, open year-round, is a privately owned/separate entity, offering resort style amenities for guest enjoymentThe optional fee is $25 per person (ages 4 & up), per stay (not per day) should you wish to enjoy these amenities. The fee includes use of the Beach Club pool, the seasonally heated Bayside/lazy river pool, hot tubs, a basketball & pickle ball court. Per Beach Club regulations, a maximum of 3 guests per bedroom is allowed for purchase.
